Former Nirvana drummer and lead singer of the Foo Fighters, David Grohl, got a street named after him in his hometown of Warren, Ohio...actually it was more like an alley...David Grohl Alley was officially dedicated this past weekend...Warren, which is located next to my hometown of Niles, Ohio, celebrated the event with an actual appearance by Grohl...He received the Key to the City and performed three songs...Grohl's father and stepmother still live in Warren...from all newspaper accounts, Grohl was very sincere and appreciative of the gesture...
