We are at the quarter post of the NFL season and here are some thoughts about the season so far:
- It is not surprising the Browns are 1-3...we are talking about a Cleveland sports team - and they always underachieve when they are supposed to be good...
- The Patriots game at San Francisco is big...the Pats need another statement game after getting smashed by Miami and coming off a bye week...
- Denver is sitting at 3-1, but that record is very deceiving...I just don't think they are that good of a ball club...the Chargers are right on their back at 2-2...
- Jacksonville is a very fortunate team...they could easily be sitting at 0-4 if not for the solid kicking leg of Josh Scobee...
- Steve Slaton was a great find at running back for the Houston Texans...
