Are NFL cheerleaders getting older?

Every week Sports Illustrated always has some glam shots of NFL cheerleaders from the recent weekend's games...while perusing through the latest set of photos, I came across the photo below of this Carolina Panthers cheerleader...does anyone have a guess how old she is?...I don't have a clue, but she looks to be at least 50...they must be hurting down in Charlotte for women...
